Savory Tarts

Bacon

Onions caramelized in honey, white wine, and bacon drippings
atop
Creme fraiche with nutmeg, sea salt, and black pepper
atop
Puff Pastry
Left overs made for an excellent breakfast this AM.

  1. Oh my goodness, those look amazingly good. Of course they would have bacon on them...that makes them even better. I love tarts pretty much of any kind.
